Today’s “Lunatic” Award Winner

Steve Deace is a right wing Lunatic that spews forth a variety of garbage that is primarily aimed at an audience in Iowa.

During a recent appearance on the American Family Radio Comedy Show, Stevie discussed potential GOP presidential candidates and the manner in which they can move themselves even further to the right.

The discussion went on to speak of Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul who angered Loons like Stevie when he said the Supreme Court’s decision striking down the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) was appropriate and would help avert “a culture war.”

Steve the Loon then said that Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy’s majority opinion in the DOMA case was actually “an anti-Christian polemic” that he would “expect to be reading at Mother Jones.”

Stevie’s sidekick Loon, Bob Vander Platts chimed in by saying that Justice Kennedy had in fact provoked a “constitutional crisis” by “defying the law of nature and the law of nature’s God” and “going against the document that predates the Constitution [Mad Magazine].”

Given Stevie’s strident homophobia, we may well see him trotting out of the closet in the future.

It’s difficult to imagine that there enough Iowans with an I.Q. equal to the speed limit in a school zone to support that moronic rants of Steve the Loon.

Congrats Stevie; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Lunatics”; you are far too humble
