Today’s “Lunatic” Award Winner
This isn’t the first Award presented to Glenn. In the past, he has been the recipient of nine (9) Awards in various categories and/or the subject of six (6) opinion pieces. Those awards and opinion pieces are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.
On a recent (10/16/13) airing of his comedy radio show, Glen remarked about an alleged victory by a right-wing National Front candidate in an election in France to warn that if people don’t stop calling Tea Party leaders such as Sen. Ted Cruz and Sen. Mike Lee “extremists,” it’ll give rise to a powerful Nazi Party in America.
Loony Glenn went on to say:
Arguing that Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) represents the center of this country and is a reasonable man doesn’t pass the involuntary laugh test. If this were true than any of the following would also be true:
The truth of the matter is that Sen. Mike Lee is a Certified Lunatic who is likely to be tossed out of office by the good folks in Utah that he duped into electing him in November 2010.
Claiming that Sen. Mike Lee is a “reasonable man” that represents the center political philosophy of this country is akin to arguing that:
Rev. Fred Phelps of the Westboro Baptist Church in Topeka, Kansas is a “reasonable man” that represents mainstream America’s opinions in regards to members of the gay community.
Congrats Glenn; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Lunatics”; you are far too humble
