American Family Assn's Bryan Fischer: Today’s “Moron” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Bryan. In the past, he has been the recipient of seven (7) Awards in various categories. Those awards are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

Bryan is employed by the American Family Association as Director of Comedy for Issues Analysis and hosts the comedy talk radio program, Focal Point on American Family Radio.

During a recent airing of his comedy talk show, Bryan and a moronic caller to the show (is there another kind?) convinced each other that there was a simple solution to the country’s health care problems that did not require Obamacare or any other government intervention.

The screwy caller said that everyone in his family had insurance coverage for $1 million and asked why the government didn’t just give everyone $1.5 to $2 million a piece to cover their medical expenses rather than spend $500 million on a website that doesn’t’ work.

Bryan immediately called the idea “brilliant” and said doing it would only cost the government around $600 million, which is of course less than the government’s website allegedly cost.

The problem with Bryan’s moronic math is that there are more than 300 million Americans. Therefore, it would cost the government $450 trillion or $600 trillion respectively if you gave each American $1.5 million or $2 million each.

Apparently Bryan was forced to back off of his idiotic math when a 1st grader called into his show to tell him he needed a class in remedial math.

Congrats Bryan; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Morons”; you are far too humble.
