Attorney James Paterson of Lorain, OH; ethical misfit

The state of Ohio presented James Joseph Paterson with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

The Lorain County Bar Association found James guilty of the following misconduct

While undergoing an investigation of misconduct, Jimmy ignored two subpoenas that were served upon him by the disciplinary authorities. Put simply, Jimmy said “Up Yours!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished James by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2013), James practices at 600 Broadway Avenue in Lorain, Ohio.
