Judge Angela Stokes of Cleveland; lifetime porker, nutcase

 

1. Abuse of court resources by consuming an inordinate amount of the court’s human and material resources due to her incompetence
2. Unreasonable expectation that all court employees be at her beck and call
3. Treats security bailiffs in a rude, demeaning and unprofessional manner
4. Failed to competently perform duties (Dumbo)
5. Improperly ordered psychiatric exams of witnesses/parties when she knew only a doctor could so act
6. Falsely claimed that defendant’s were the cause of repeated (4 or 5) continuances in same case
7. Repeatedly failed to respect and comply with the law
8. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
9. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
10. Falsely accused one of her bailiff’s of being a bad mother
11. Routinely performs “smell tests” of court personnel to determine whether they are wearing perfume or cologne
12. Imprisoned a party for “rolling her eyes” in Angela’s courtroom
13. Repeatedly violate the due process rights of persons appearing before her
14. Prohibited persons from leaving courtroom to use the bathroom
15. Unconstitutionally demanded names from all persons present in her courtroom and reason they were present
16. Illegally prohibited parties from representing themselves in her courtroom’
17. Improperly coerced pleas from defendants
