The state of Maryland presented Conrad L. Fleck with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Maryland Law School. . Conrad was presented with a license to practice in Washington, D.C. in 1980.
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Conrad guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Conrad failed to take reasonable and necessary protective actions when his client was at risk of financial harm.
Conrad also failed to obtain the informed consent of his client (victim) before discussing and disclosing confidential information in a meeting with his client and her son’s family.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Conrad by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. October 2013), Conrad practices at 647 Main Street in Laurel, Maryland.
