The state of Texas presented Susan. D. Romund with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from South Texas University Law School.
 
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Susan guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Neglected a legal matter entrusted to her
  • Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of legal matter
  • Failed to properly supervise non-attorney office staff
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished by Susan gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.
 
As we speak (ca. October 2013) Susan practices with The Romund Law Firm, P.C. at 330 Rayford Road in The Woodlands, Texas.
