Attorney Everardo Abrego of Pharr, Texas; repeat offender

The state of Texas presented Everardo Abrego with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Law College.

A panel of the District 3 Grievance Committee found Everardo guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Everardo by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Everadro’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand in 2004 and 2005 for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As we speak (ca. October 2013) Everardo practices at 944 West Nolana Road in Pharr, Texas.
