Attorney Ronald Cross of Dallas; ethical goblin

The state of Texas presented Ronald D. Cross with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Texas Law College.

A panel of the District 5 Grievance Committee found Ronald guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Neglected at least five legal matters entrusted to him
  2. Repeatedly failed to carry out completely obligations owed to clients
  3. Failed to keep clients informed about status of legal matters
  4. Failed to comply with client requests for information
  5. Failed to explain legal matter to extent necessary so client could make informed decisions re: representation
  6. Failed to promptly deliver funds to client that client was entitled too
  7. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Ronald by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Ronnie.

As we speak (ca. October 2013) Ronald practices at 8350 North Central Expressway in Dallas, Texas.
