Attorney Jonathan Bruce of Houston; ethical goblin

The state of Texas presented Jonathan E. Bruce with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Thomas E. Cooley Law College.

A panel of the District 4 Grievance Committee found Jonathan guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to provide competent representation (Dufus)
  • Failed to maintain communications with client
  • Refused to return client’s repeated calls
  • Failed to respond to client letter requesting status updates
  • Failed to perform any work on client’s behalf in regards to civil case
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Jonathan by gifting him with a complimentary fully probated 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2013) Jonathan practices at 12810 Traviata Drive in Houston, Texas.
