The state of Virginia presented Arnold Reginald Henderson, V with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University Law School.
 
The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Arnold guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest re: prohibited transactions
  • Engaged in misconduct regarding bar admission and disciplinary matters
  • Failed to properly terminate representation of client in accordance with the rules
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Arnold by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. October 2013), Arnold practices with Arnold Henderson & Associates at 116 East Franklin Street in Richmond, Virginia.
