The state of Virginia presented Benjamin Thomas Reed with a law license in 199 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.
 
The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Benny guilty of the following misconduct.
 
  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Failed to keep multiple clients informed of the status of their legal matters
  3. Failed to comply with clients’ reasonable requests for information
  4. Failed to explain matter to extent necessary for client to make decision re: representation
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Benny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. October 2013), Benny practices at 4504 Colley Avenue in Norfolk, Virginia.
