Attorney Murray Salinas of Shreveport, LA; thief, repeat offender

The state of Louisiana presented Murray Neil Salinas with a law license in 2003.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Murray guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to refund unearned fee (thief)
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators, (Up yours, said Murray!)
  • Failed to comply with obligations re: termination of representation
  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Misconduct involved selfish or dishonest motive
  • Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Murray’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Murray by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2017) Murray practices with the Salinas Law Office LLC at 319 Peach Drive in Shreveport, Louisiana
