Attorney Juhong Cha of Fort Lee, NJ; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey presented Juhong J. Cha with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Juhong guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Juhong forged the signature of another attorney on an addendum to a real estate contract.

Because Attorney Misfits in New Jersey are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Juhong was never criminally charged for forgery.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Juhong by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. October 2013) Juhong practices at 158 Linwood Plaza in Fort Lee, New Jersey.
