Attorney Cathy Cardillo of Jersey City; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey presented Edward Benjamin Bush with a law license in 1997.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Cathy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Cathy found it acceptable to enter into an agreement in which a restriction on her right to practice law was part of the settlement of a controversy between the parties.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Cathy by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. October 2013) Cathy practices at 1 Willow Street in Jersey City, New Jersey.
