The state of New Jersey presented Peter Joseph Bonfiglio III with a law license in 1987.
The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Peter guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Peter found it acceptable to falsely represent to an individual that he had given his file to a colleague to review the viability of a potential dental malpractice case.
In addition, Peter failed to reply to reply to the individual’s request for the status of the review of his dental malpractice case.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Peter by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.
As we speak (ca. October 2013) Peter practices in the Woodbury, New Jersey area.
