The state of Michigan provided Douglas K. Wenzel with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from Wayne State University Law School.

A disciplinary hearing panel found Mark guilty of the following misconduct

Doug found it acceptable to knowingly neglect a legal matter that a client (victim) had unfortunately entrusted to him.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca.  October 2013) Doug practices with Wenzel Bennett & Harris PC at 109 North Second Avenue in Alpena, Michigan.
