Judge June Rose Galvin is a retired judge who previously sat on the Domestic Relations Division (Family) of the Lucas County (Toledo) Common Pleas Court.
 
After her retirement in 1996, Judge June Rose Galvin began to receive assignments as a visiting retired judge from Chief Justice Thomas Moyer. She has continued to receive assignments from Chief Justice Thomas Moyer through September 2009.

While dining in Columbus on the taxpayer’s dime several years ago, Judge June Rose Galvin cheerfully admitted that acting as a visiting retired judge was great in that she didn’t really have to work that much. Praise the Lord – the truth will set you free!
 
Conclusion
 
Does anyone really believe that Judge June Rose Galvin is worth $1,000 a day? This is especially true given the likelihood that her average workday is less than six hours. Is Ohio a great country or what?
