Attorney Ronald Poliquin of Dover, DE; ethical misfit

The state of Delaware presented Ronald George Poliquin with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Widener University Law School.

The Delaware Supreme Court found Ronald guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Failed to comply with court orders
  3. Knowingly disobeyed a Superior Court order
  4. Failed to disclose a prior disciplinary sanction for performance deficiencies
  5. Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to the Delaware Supreme Court
  6. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  7. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his most recent misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Ronald by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2013) Ronald practices at 48 The Green in Dover, Delaware.
