Attorney Allen Bickart of Prescott, AZ; ethical misfit

The state of Arizona presented Allen B. Bickart with a law license in 1959 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Arizona State Bar found Allen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to consult with client to afford client to make informed decisions re: representation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Allen by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2013) Allen practices at 812 West Clubhouse Drive in Prescott, Arizona.
