Attorney Charles Taylor of Buckeye Lake; OH; convicted loser

The state of Ohio presented Charles Edison Taylor with a law license in 1959 after he graduated from Ohio State University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Charles guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  2. Took action intended to harass or maliciously injure another
  3. Failed to report fraudulent conduct by client to proper authorities

Charles was convicted in federal court of failing to file a tax return and was fined $5,000.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Charles by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2013), Charles continues to practice in the Buckeye Lake, Ohio area.
