Attorney Clayborne Chavers Sr. of D.C.; ethical dwarf

The state of Maryland presented Brian Douglas Bennett with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Maryland Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

Event though he wasn’t licensed to practice in Maryland, Clayborne found it acceptable to illegally practice law on several occasions by entering appearances on behalf of clients in Maryland Courts.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Clayborne by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2013), Clayborne practices in the Washington, D.C. area.
