Attorney Raymond Armour of Newark, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Raymond Armour with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Raymond guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to keep clients informed about status of legal matter
  • Failed to respond to client requests for information
  • Failed to explain to client that certain amount of settlement would be withheld to pay medical expenses
  • Did not promptly notify client of his receipt of settlement funds
  • Failed to promptly disburse share of settlement funds to clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Raymond by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. September 2013) Raymond practices with Raymond Armour, PC at 17 Academy Street in Newark, New Jersey.
