Attorney Martin Guerra of San Antonio; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented Martin Michael Guerra with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Baylor University Law School.

The District 6 Grievance Committee found Martin guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to completely carry out the obligations he owed to his clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Martin by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Martin.

As we speak (ca. September 2013), Martin continues to practice in the San Antonio, Texas area.
