Attorney Ben Boothe, Jr. of Addison, TX; repeat offender

The state of Texas presented Ben B. Boothe, Jr. with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Baylor University Law School.

The District 6 Grievance Committee found Ben guilty of the following misconduct.

Benny found it acceptable to not comply with the terms of a prior disciplinary action taken against him.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Ben’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary stayed suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Ben by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Ben.

As we speak (ca. September 2013), Ben practices at 4125 Centurion Way in Addison, Texas.
