The state of Illinois presented Francisco Jesus Olavarria with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from 

The Attorney Disciplinary Commission found Francisco guilty of the following misconduct.

On two occasions, Francisco found it acceptable to convert (steal) client funds in personal injury cases when, in both matters, he withdrew funds from his trust account to pay his fees and costs weeks before receiving and depositing the settlement checks from the respective insurers involved in the personal injury matters.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Francisco by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 5-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Francisco.

As we speak (ca. September 2013) Francisco practices with the Law Offices of Frank J. Olavarria at 4125 West Fullerton Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.
