The state of Louisiana presented H. Brenner Sadler with a law license in 1972
 
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Sadler guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Violated duties owed to client
  • Failed to abide by client’s decisions regarding representation
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Sadler by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
