Attorney Geoffrey Cross of Tacoma; ethical dwarf

The state of Washington presented Geoffrey Colburn Cross with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from Golden State University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Geoffrey guilty of the following misconduct.

Geoffrey found it acceptable to engage in several conflicts of interest involving a variety of clients. Apparently, Geoffrey’s intellect didn’t allow him to fully appreciate the lawful meaning of “conflict of interest.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Geoffrey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2013), Geoffrey practices at 1902 64th Avenue West in Tacoma, Washington.
