The state of Washington presented James Arthur Sturdevant with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School. 
 
The Washington State Bar found James guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Faield to provide competent legal representation (moron)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client (victim)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished James by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.
 
As we speak (ca. August 2013), James practices at 119 North Commercial Street in Bellingham, Washington.
