Attorney Dieter Struzyna of Bellevue, WA; ethical dwarf  The state of Washington presented Dieter George Struzyna with a law license in 1982 after he graduated scum laude from Villanova University Law Schoo.
The Washington State Bar found Dieter guilty of the following misconduct.
Dieter found it acceptable to represent both the creditor and debtor in a matter without ever adequately disclosing the implications of the joint representation to the parties involved.
In addition, Dieter represented creditors seeking recovery without disclosing that he was also a creditor of the same debtor.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Dieter by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. August 2013), Dieter practices with the Advocates Law Group, PLLC at 3000 Northup Way in Bellevue, Washington.
