Attorney Jennifer Jackson of Munhall, PA; scofflaw

The state of Pennsylvania presented Jennifer Lynch Jackson with a law license in 2004

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) has found Jennifer guilty of the following misconduct.

On several occasions, Jennifer was noted by regular and certified mail that she had failed to comply with the mandatory requirements for taking Continued Legal Education courses. However, on each occasions Jennifer ignored the repeated requests to comply with the Rules.

Subsequently, Jennifer’s license to practice law was suspended. When her license was suspended she was required to notify all of her clients and all courts she was practicing in that her license had been suspended.

Despite having her license suspended, Jennifer engaged in the unlawful practice of law (UPL).

As a consequence of her of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Jennifer by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jennifer.

As we speak (ca. August 2013) Jennifer practices at 1809 West Street in Munhall, Pennsylvania, which is located in Alleghany County.
