The state of Pennsylvania presented Christopher R. McFarland with a law license in 1983
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) has found Christopher guilty of the following misconduct.
Christopher was a well recognized drug and alcohol abuser for many, many years. Christopher’s egregious misconduct and persistent use of illegal drugs eventually led to him being disbarred by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in 1997.
In May 2013, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme voted to reinstate Christopher’s law license.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Frank by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. August 2013) Christopher practices with Edelman & Associates at 1248 Hamilton Street in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
