Attorney Cheryl Eckhardt of Bridgeport, CT; ethical misfit

The state of Connecticut provided Cheryl E. Eckhardt with a law license in 1985 after she graduated from the University of Bridgeport Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Cheryl guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  2. Failed to adequately communicate with client
  3. Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
  4. Commingled client funds with personal funds
  5. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Cheryl by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2013) Cheryl practices at 370 Brooklawn Avenue in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
