The state of Vermont presented John Darcy Toscano with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from New England Law School.
The Vermont Bar Court found John guilty of the following misconduct.
John improperly allowed a bank to make automatic withdrawals from his trust account to pay the debts of a client without requiring notice from the bank. John also maintained inadequate accounting of disbursements made from his trust account in violation of the Rules.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished John by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. Dec 2011) John practices at 236 Union Street in Bennington, Vermont.
