The Vermont Bar Court found Elizabeth guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Engaged in improper trust accounting practices
  • Wrote check or checks on insufficient account (rubber)
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Elizabeth by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. Dec 2011) Elizabeth continues to practice in the Burlington, Vermont area.
