In November 2011, Bobby duped the voters in San Diego into electing him as their Mayor where he remains as we speak (ca. Aug 2013).
Prior to become Mayor of San Diego, Bobby had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for 24 years as a San Diego City Councilman and U.S. Congressman
Over the past several months, scores of women have come forward in putting forth sexual harassment claims against the Perv.
The latest victim to come forward is a 67-year-old volunteer city worker, Peggy Shannon who assists senior citizens.
Peggy said that Bob the Perv repeatedly asked her to rub his hands, requested dates and made sexually suggestive comments. On one occasions the Perv told Peggy that he could last eight hours at night. Obviously, the Perv missed his calling as a Standup Comedian.
Given the Perv’s disgusting behavior, he should be permanently barred from coming within 500 yards of any senior citizen community and/or gathering of seniors.
It may also be prudent for the local ranchers and farmers in the greater San Diego area to take appropriate steps to protect their farm animals.
Congrats Bobby; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Perverts”; you are far too humble.
