Attorney Walter Nealy of Englewood, NJ; serial offender

The state of New Jersey presented Walter D. Nealy with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Walter guilty of the following misconduct.

Walter was found guilty of assaulting a federal officer by pushing the officer against a wall and striking the officer with his hands and arms.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Walter’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
  1. 2001 – Received complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct
  2. 2004 – Received complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct
  3. 2008 – Received complimentary suspension of law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Walter by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2013), Walter practices at 505 Main Street in Hackensack, New Jersey.
