The state of New Jersey presented William H. Mulder with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from New England School of Law.
 
The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Keith guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Negligently misappropriated client trust funds
  • Failed to reconcile trust account on monthly basis as required
  • Issued trust account check in amount in excess of amount in account
William failed to conduct required monthly reconciliations of his trust account for three (3) years.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished William by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. August 2013), William practices at 15 Main Street in Hackensack, New Jersey.
