The state of New Jersey presented James W. Miskowski with a law license in 1974
The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found James guilty of the following misconduct.
Somehow James negligently misappropriated client funds as a result of poor recordkeeping practices.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished James by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. August 2013), James continues to practice in the Hackensack, New Jersey area.
