Attorney Herbert Lawrence of Elizabeth, NJ; repeat offender
The state of New Jersey presented Herbert F. Lawrence with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.
The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Herbert guilty of the following misconduct.
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Herbert’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
He previously received a private reprimand and a suspension for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Herbert by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. August 2013), Herbert practices at 321 Sunset Avenue in Asbury Park, New Jersey.
