Attorney Sharon Woodside of Detroit; ethical gremlin

The state of Michigan provided Sharon Clark Woodside with a law license in 1988.

A disciplinary hearing panel found Clifford guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to provide competent legal representation (Dumbo)
  2. Handled a legal matter without adequate preparation
  3. Neglected a legal matter entrusted to her
  4. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  5. Knowingly disobeyed a court order
  6. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  7. Violated or attempted to violate Rule of Conduct by knowingly assisting or inducing another to do so
  8. Failed to maintain required attorney time records
  9. Failed to seek required probate court approval of her attorney fees
  10. Failed to give note to parties whose interests were affected by payment of attorney fees
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Sharon by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2013) Sharon practices with the Law Offices of Sharon Clark Woodside at 615 Griswold Street in Detroit, Michigan.
