A disciplinary hearing panel found Jerome guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to return unearned fees (cheater)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Jerome by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
