Attorney Horace Cotton of Southfield, MI; ethical dwarf

The state of Michigan provided Horace D. Cotton with a law license in 1981 1975 after he graduated from Michigan State University Law School.

A disciplinary hearing panel found Horace guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
  2. Failed to return unearned fees (cheater)
  3. Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Horace!)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Horace by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2013) Horace practices with Horace D. Cotton PLLC at 24151 Telegraph Road in Southfield, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
