Attorney David Goldstein of Ann Arbor; ethical misfit

The state of Michigan provided David L. Goldstein with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School.

A disciplinary hearing panel found David guilty of the following misconduct
  • Failed to advise court of client’s true name
  • Failed to withdraw when withdrawal was mandatory
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished David by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2013) David practices at 4930 Washtenaw Avenue in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
