Attorney Giovanni Bussa of Queensland, AUS; repeat offender

 
Craig Anthony was presented Giovanni Pietro Bussa with a law license in 1984.
 
The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Jerome guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to act with due diligence
  2. Failed to respond to inquiries from ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Giovanni!)
  3. Failed to provide competent legal services (Dufus)
  4. Engaged in conduct reflecting on his fitness to practice law
For over two years, Giovanni failed to prosecute a criminal compensation claim for his client, Wayne Alperton. Given Giovanni’s gross negligence, the Administrative Tribunal ordered him to pay $7,500 in compensation to Mr. Alperton.
 
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Giovanni’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. In 2005, Giovanni received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in the same type of misconduct aforementioned.
