Attorney Richard Kohn of Albany, NY; lying loser The state of New York presented Richard A. Kohn with a law license in 1963 after she graduated from Albany Law School.
The 3rd Department Disciplinary Board found Richard guilty of the following misconduct.
Richard found it acceptable to misrepresent the status of a lawsuit to his client by failing to advise the client that the case had in fact been dismissed.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the 3rd Department Disciplinary Board punished Richard by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. August 2013), Richard practices with the Law Office of Richard A. Kohn at 74 Chapel Street in Albany, New York.
