Attorney Reed Martin of Wauwatosa, WI; convict, repeat offender The state of Wisconsin presented Reed James Edwin Martin with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
The Office of Lawyer Registration found Kirk guilty of the following misconduct.
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Reed’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Reed previously received a complimentary reprimand from the comedians sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Reed’s misconduct in this case involved his criminal conviction for issuing a worthless check (rubber).
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Reed by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. July 2013), Reed practices with the Law Offices of Reed J.E. Martin at 2515 North Wauwatosa Avenue in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
