Attorney Kirk Foley of Superior, WI; convicted felon

 
The state of Wisconsin presented Kirk J. Foley with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Drake University Law School.
 
The Office of Lawyer Registration found Kirk guilty of the following misconduct.
 
In one matter, Kirk was convicted of driving under the influence (DUI) in Carlton County, Minnesota. He was later sentenced to one year of probation and fined $690.
 
In another matter, Kirk was convicted of another DUI offense in Douglas County, Wisconsin and sentenced to 330 days in jail, 2 years of probation; driver’s license revocation for 33 months, and a fine of $3,513.
 
In yet a third matter, Kirk was charged with felony bribery of a police officer and driving under the influence in Fond du Lac, Minnesota. Subsequently, Kirk pleaded guilty to felony DUI and was sentenced to 300 days in jail; 3 years of probation and received a fine of $1,500.
 
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
It must be comforting to the folks living in Superior, Wisconsin to know that there is yet another convicted felon practicing law in their area compliments of the comedians sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
 
As we speak (ca. July 2013), Kirk practices at 1623 North 21st Street in Superior, Wisconsin.
