Attorney Arica Underwood of Cincinnati; ethical dwarf

 
The state of Ohio presented Arica Lynn Underwood with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from the University of Cincinnati Law School.
 
The Columbus Bar Association found Arica guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to maintain record of client trust account
  2. Failed to deposit fees and expenses paid in advance in her trust account
  3. Failed to refund unearned fee to client (cheater)
  4. Knowingly disobeyed a court order
  5. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  6. Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on her fitness to practice law
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Arica by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. August 2013), Arica is employed as Trial Counsel for the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office in Cincinnati, Ohio.
