Attorney Joseph Bancsi of Avon, OH; ethical misfit

The state of Ohio presented Joseph Bancsi with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School located in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Allen County Bar Association found Joseph guilty of the following misconduct.

Joseph found it acceptable to engage in the illegal practice of law while his license was suspended. Luckily for Joey, if he had done the same thing in Calfiornia, he could have been prosecuted for a felony.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Joseph by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2013), Joseph continues to practice in the Avon area, which is about 20 miles west of Cleveland.
